Returns & Exchanges

At Hello Adorn, we want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original condition pieces. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
